Solar Tech Systems did a great job. 7 months later its going well. They fitted max number of panels possible on my small roof and it has cut my electricity bill in half. THere are some similar named solar companies, so make sure you get the name right so that Bilal does the job. My main advice for any solar is to think ahead where you would like the inverter placed.

Install done 4 days after agreement signed, installers took the time to introduce themselves and discuss with me the job process and advised me options for location of inverter, also came back two days later to rectify a minor glitch, very happy with job and results.

Joe was very helpful in helping me choose a solar system that was suitable for me . Very fast and a efficient and easy to deal with would recommend him to anyone needing solar. And as for his installation guy awesome bunch of guys very quick and professional job. Thankyou again Joe .

I am wishing to express and share my experiences with Joe Hansen the sales manager for Solar Tech Systems, and his team for the installation of my solar panels. I would like to state all my needs and requirements were met in every way possible, Joe was very thorough in explaining every aspect that will be included. The costs/the best option available/the functionality of how they work and his recommendation of switching to a new provider after the work was finished. His follow through was true to his word, during the work the team came across a small obstacle which was quickly fixed due to their experience and highly trained skills. I am now just waiting to experience their work put together, and I am confident if there are any issues moving forward they will be quick to address the situation.

Joe provide an extremely cost-effective solar solution for my home. I had a lot of technical questions and options given I had a complex, shaded roof but Joe was patient and informative and I was pleased with the price paid for the size of the system installed. I got three quotes and Joe was head and shoulders cheaper for a system that would generate the same output and was a larger size than others also. Value for money. The installers were good also.

Our experience with Joe and his company has been a nightmare, Solar Tech Systems where paid for the whole project and 7 months later the system has still not been finished, Constant emails and phone calls with different answers each time from Joe as why we had a hold up.Joe finally advised me that he is cash strapped and waiting for his cash flow to pick so he can purchase the surge protection unit to finish the project.I would recommend not handing any funds over until the project was finished with this company if you go with them to put your solar on.

My power bill has been steadily increasing over time to a peak of $948 for a month (yes, month not quarter)!. I put my details down on two websites regarding Solar and was overwhelmed with the responses. As I talked with each company I began to get a much better understanding of what I needed and what would be best suited to my home.Joe was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I agreed to the quote via email on Monday and install was booked for the Friday. Due to rain that week Joe advised that Friday could not be done and instead pushed to Sunday.Installers arrived at 8am and finished up at 8:30pm putting up 32 panels and 2x 5kw inverters. All mess removed, solar up and running.Looking at my latest bill, I am 22 days into the month and my bill is sitting at $182 with $33 sold to the grid!Would happily recommend Joe and the team!

I was happy with the install on the day, Joe was very quick to book us in within a week of agreeing to buy solar. The install was completed within one day which was great!One month one, and everything as expected. I have not experienced any issues. The Solar Tech team is very professional and provide good advice, and a quality install.I'd recommend them to anyone looking to install and/or upgrade.

Joe was easy to communicate with and offered a fair price. Installation was done without any hassles. The installer didn’t take the time to explain how to setup the app to view the data. But I was able to figure it out myself after a few attempts. They also didn’t bother to ask where I would like to install the inverter until it was too late so I didn’t bother to complain. So far so good, the system is running smoothly and is making a lot of solar. Happy with the service, just two minor issues that would have easily been prevented.

I find the solar market a minefield.In the end after many quotes and reviews , I went with the same company as a a friend , but chose to go with Jinko panels (13kw) and a Sungrow Inverter (10kw). Initially I was set on a Fronius inverter , but for the same price it would have been an 8kw.To say my monthly bill went from $492 to $68 was a surprise- we are with Powershop. . We have a pool with 19kw heater, hot tub, usual appliances and I charge my Tesla during solar hours.Very pleased with the process and the install team. I will note that the install team is seperate but Belal and his team did a great job on my Northern Beaches home. They were careful as my roof is a brand new clip lock roof and all cabling was discreet and the inverter was placed where I wanted it.The only let down is it took Ausgrid 6 weeks to reconfigure my already installed smart meter.Joe invoiced after the install was complete as did the install company.
