Customer service direct is amazing.Helpful and responsive.However, if in Melbourne and you want to obtain a product you are required to use Roto Service in Prahran.Here is my experience with Roto Service.Really poor choice of representation.Wow. Just wow.Incredibly rude.Answers phone by saying ‘What’. Puts the phone down before the conversation is finished.Turn up to pick up.Created by ‘Yup’Ask is prefers cash or Card (trying to help the guy out)Replies.‘Don’t Care’Then chucks my card down in front of me once he’s finished.Says ‘there ya go’In short. This guy is a despicable excuse for a customer consumer business.Being linked as a distributor for Sammic is a very poor choice.

What we just experienced is shocking. Eight months ago we bought it as the comercial" one 10 times expensive as normal splender from a local supplier and forgot to check the quality review.Second day already had nosie from spinner and on and off after 8 months stopping working. Send to service under warranty the receptionist even didn't looked at it staightly said "rusty the factory won't help". How could she knew it I bet we are not the first one. How could be rusted should we keep it in the dryer everyday OMG. When you talked to suppliers they tried to hide and have not clear reason.This is my experience which has never happened before. We all understand the supplier maybe have no way to go so the only way is to keep them away."
