BIG WHEELS TRUCK ALIGNMENT

Caught out !!I went in for an alignment and was told the front axel was bent, he’d never seen one so bad..So they wanted to take it out and bend it back..We got the bill and paid it.But when my husband was under the van the next weekend. It hadn’t been taken off,as the wires etc that he had put on when he took the axel off to make higher had never been touched.My husband rang and asked why? They said they didn’t want to take off because too many wires and difficult..Since then after many emails and phone calls they gave us what he called ’free money’ return..I will say the alignment was good, the guys at the time were helpful but there honesty leaves a lot to be desired.Take photos and get proof of what needs to be done..
