Not very professional at all. And over priced compared to other companies in town. No respect for peoples vehicles at all. Not with mine. All 5 times I had it towed. Terrible company. And caused further damage to my vehicle.

What a professional team!!! 10/10 for service and communication. But 12/10 for Chris the driver who delivered our 40Ft container, he took the extra time to make sure the job was perfect rather than OK. Highly recommended!

Paid up front for service. I gave specific and simple instructions on my location. Driver didn't follow instructions and then blamed me. Then blamed someone else for taking too long to fix his flat tyre. Then kept telling me everything in his opinion was wrong with my car. He wouldn't listen to me and kept going on about how he aMechanic" and how he's an expert. I told him I just wanted my car towed and get to the mechanics before they close. He threatened to me and my car there. Then left my handbrake on while dragging the car onto his truck. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. 5 Stars to Greens Towing for be a hassle free experience."

Called on a Sunday; snagged the car on a steep driveway. - very responsive and ABC sent a crew to sort. An interesting situation completed professionally - not a mark on the car and drove away.Going on this experience I have no hesitation in recommending ABC Towing.

Great service. I come out of work at 10pm to find my car windscreen had been smashed in. I called Racq and I was told for that time of night it would be $275 for a tow.I google searched and seen ABC towing and decided to give them a try since they had a number of good reviews.The guy who answered the phone was polite, and straight to the point, he said the cost was $165, he said he would send a driver out and it would be about a half hour/30 mins.It was just after 11pm at this point after calling around and waiting on the phone for the RACQ service and police lines etc, so it was much cheaper and I spoke to a human straight away so no wait time.Less then 10 minutes and I had a phone call from the tow truck driver and he said he was coming. And it was about 5-10 minutes and he was there, so I was impressed with the time they took to get there.The drivers name was Ron from memory, great guy, very polite and was easy to talk to, and he loaded the car up within 5 minutes.He even beat us home to drop the car off, so he was very good at knowing the roads and the quickest way to get there.Very happy with the service and the cost and I will be definitely using you guys again in future if it’s ever needed.Thanks again.I highly recommend these guys.

Good prices staff are very knowledgeable

Got us out of a big pickle. Accidentally put Petrol in the Diesel Motorhome. They drove 130kms to pick us up and tow the van back to Townsville.Drainrd the tank and refilled it. Let us stay overnight. Great hosts.

Anthony was fantastic! Locked my keys in my car at Crystal creek and car went into theft mode when he got the keys out. He went the extra mile driving behind me all the way to bunnings for a key battery that ultimately fixed the car from shutting down. Honest and knowledgeable experience. Highly recommend!!
