Love their vinegars. I have made all four of the recommended Budburst salad dressings with both the Black Plum and the Golden Apricot Infused which have turned our regular salads into yummo salads. But last night, I decided to replace red wine vinegar with the Budburst Golden Apricot Infused vinegar in my family’s favourite bruschetta recipe and OMG, Amazing!!!! They all commented on the difference and how much better it was.

This is such a versatile product! delicious as a cocktail and divine as a dressing! Love supporting small businesses! Justin and Ellen are so friendly and bring such a genuine element to the product. I look forward to see what else they will produce :)

Purchased couple of bottles of the plum vinegar and what a treat not only great for cooking but works a treat with gin also

Bought the black plum vinegar. Very tasty. Am going to try it straight, in a dressing and also in the creamy aeoli style for which we were provided recipes. Reasonably priced. Lovely farmers.
