Better off going to McDonald’s the time we waited for a small chips and then to be handed pretty much a a quarter of a container full was disappointing.

Service is fast (10 to 15 mins most times), you get what you order, the chips are amazing, and the fish is moist and tasty. The burgers (especially with the lot) are very filling and fresh. We takeaway from here once a week on average. Tried another Fish'n'chippery close by a few times and waited 50 mins, and always were missing items and food was cold. At FINS the food is fresh and hot always.

Rude staff member. She is very abrupt. I’ve had a couple of incidents with her. 1st time it was 11:10am and they open at 11. Door was open and I walked in. I was met with an abrupt ‘we’re not open yet’. 2nd time I asked for battered seafood sticks and she told me she doesn’t have batter. She has crumbed seafood sticks only. I hesitated and she said ‘do you want them or not?’ I was taken aback and I just said ‘yes I wanted them’. I collected my order and vowed never to return. Don’t need that rudeness in my life. If you’re in the customer service field and you have an attitude problem like this woman please remember to treat customers nicely.

Flake stays same price but their portions are getting smaller and smaller. Scallops are great and have the roe on them and their potato cakes are really good. Only thing let's them down is the size of their battered flake portions.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, we’re new to Pimpama and have tried all surrounding fish and chip stores. This one is our favourite. Especially their burgers, don’t forget the gravy with the chips!!

Ordered online on a Saturday night. Ordering on their website was super easy and estimated pick up time given quickly. All items were delicious (chips, potato scallops, fish, Dagwood dog and pineapple fritters). Price was reasonable and the whole process was super easy. Will be a return customer.

They had a child serving customers on a extremely busy night she looked around 7 and another around 10? A customers name was called out incorrectly and when she asked the child where her food was as she has been waiting for ages, the adults came out from the back and accused her of being rude to the kid and the customer should be more understanding because of the servers age. When all she done was ask where her food was. I find it extremely unprofessional to have a young kid at the register alone especially when mistakes like that can happen. I’ve never seen a business speak to a customer like that. I won’t be back.

We ordered our food, the chips were over cooked and chewy as if they were reheated, scallops had roe in them, we ordered snapper and we didn’t even get a salt water fish. I would order here again Evan if I was desperate. Over-priced garbage.

Below average, the finest sliver of fish I have ever seen the crumbs were thicker than the fist fillet. Will not return.
