Neil and his team were amazing! Our original cake maker got covid and couldn't make my son's cake at the last minute. Neil and his team were super accommodating and the cake looked and tasted delicious

We bought tiramisu, it's frozen and advice to leave it out for 2 hours before consuming. After cutting it, we found green fungus on the sponge cake. Return it to the shop, the shopkeeper told us that they put green colouring in their sponge cake, I wonder why? We change it to black Forrest, again it's frozen. Is the cheese cake shop not selling fresh cake anymore?

I was fortunate enough to come across this shop when I needed a couple of cakes for a work function. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the lady at the counter, I think her name was Nehal, was exceptionally patient with me as there was so much choice. She even looked after me with a new cake (Bizoffee?) the shop was pioneering and Im really glad she did.The cakes themselves were so moist and delicious and really had decadent flavours. The mudcake was a huge hit with everyone at work but when word got out about the Bizoffee, everyone was going back for seconds.I will definately go back there for all of my cakes from now on and may even buy the odd bizoffee for myself so I dont have to share it with my work colleagues :)Well Done Team and Nehal.

This wonderful cheesecake shop is the only one I ever go to. The staff are amazing and the cakes are ALWAYS of an excellent high standard as well as delicious. The owner Neil is fantastic to liaise with for special cake orders too!

Came in this morning for a Mother’s Day cheesecake. Had amazing customer service and was spoken to incredibly. Even opened the door for us on the way out. Cheesecake was outstanding and will definitely be coming back!
