Starbucks Mt Druitt
Friendly staff, always get my order correct, line moves fast. My only issue is every time a new monthly promo drink comes out, this particular store never has it in stock !!! What’s the point of advertising it if we can never buy it.Sometimes I’ll make several attempts so I don’t miss out, but nope, never in stock.I don’t have these issues at any other Starbucks, only Mount Druitt store :(

Generally I don't like Starbuck's in North America anymore as I find the coffee sucks, it tastes burnt and not like Aussie coffee. But today I went to my local Starbucks and had a Tall Chocolate Frappachino with soy milk and cream... It was so nice. I tasted My friend's cappachino and thought it was nice too. I love when coffee is served in real mugs. My friend enjoyed their own hot chocolate and cappachino. We all had something to eat. It's a great coffee place to come have a chat inside, it's nicely decorated and comfy chairs. Staff were very friendly and nice.

Came in to get a pretty basic cappuccino.. order; 156466..was burnt and disgusting. Took it back. She bought it back to me asked me to taste it and i said it was fine already being awkward.. took it to my partner who spat it as well... I'm 21 weeks pregnant he was the test taste to make sure it wasnt me. . Same instant after-taste and quickly realised the same sticker was on the side. Just gave it back to her and left without my coffee.The most disgusting customer service and coffee I've ever had in my life.First and last time ever going to Starbucks.

I visit Starbucks often and usually love it but the mount druitt night staff always make our drinks wrong and we pay extra for extra syrups and vanilla sweet cream cold foam but they put whipped cream instead. THE NIGHT STAFF IS SO LAZY AND NOT BOTHERED MAKING THE DRINKS RIGHT. This has happened on multiple occasions. The manager needs to check and manage the night staff well because they are FLOPS at doing their job. The day staff barely disappoints so 1 star for that but night staff ruin every drink. i hope the manager does better and gets rid of the lazy flops on Night Shift.

Good customer service but the store is untidy. Dirty floors. Outdated, damaged furnitures.Ambiance is better at Marsden park branch.Heaps parking no issues.Drive thru & outdoor seating available.

Starbucks Mt Druitt
One of just a few Starbucks outlets in Western Sydney. Have been coming here since few years ago. Coffee is definitely improving. It's stronger now. In terms of staffs serving at the register, sometimes good and sometimes not that good (like today).

Went this morning and watched as my drink was given to someone else, and handed back to staff as they gave the person the wrong drink (only two people including myself in drive thru), the man who was working on drive thru then handed the headset over to a woman inside and didnt want to talk to us, when we asked if that was the one they just handed to someone else the girl laughed it off and said oh I don't know I'm not sure

The opening times on Google and their own website are wrong! I went thinking it closes at 11 since that's what Google says, and got told it closes at 11 only Thursday, Friday and Saturday and to look at the website since that is more accurate. I checked the website and the opening times on the website say the same as google. Please update the store opening times as we wasted time driving for nothing. No hate to the any of the service staff - more of an IT issue.

I had a really bad experience with the Starbucks today both workers at Starbucks were very disrespectful and both made fun of me talking. This was a very disappointing experience as it goes to show how immature they are. It the supervisors fault for not watching out on these workers. They are both women
