A very nice motel with quality rooms and pleasant reception staff.,,but,,,The crockery and cutlery in our room was dirty and stained.The fridge was turned down to less than 1, therefore the water in the ice container had turned foul and smelled.,to long in a warm environment.Cleaning needs a good talking to especially during these times.

Fantastic lacation and superb presentation. Nice to see a hotel so well looked after. A pleasure to stay at with town just a stoll down the street.

Ballina Heritage is a neat,clean establishment to stay at for a quick few days away. I wouldn't recommend this establishment if you have children, as there are no facilities, such as Play Ground area for the little ones'.Perfect for couples who are staying up to a week or attending a function in the area.It's located quite central to everything, that you could access most things on foot.

Very comfy beds, great central location, all the small touches like from the 80s and 90s and no ask was too small/big.The room was generous in size and accommodated our two wee ones and us soooooo well.Fridge, microwave, wash up sink and all the storage cabinets etc we’re wonderful.Only improvement? For an estuarine town in a pristine environment, more eco friendly packaging and content options for the traditional soap-shampoo-conditioner etc bath accoutrements. The ones supplied belong in the 90s, not in a world becoming hyper aware of its impact on the environment around use

We have stayed here twice now and both times we had a lovely stay for two nights. The rooms are super clean and well maintained. We had a foldout bed for our daughter which she loved and said was pretty comfortable. Our bed was amazing and the pillows great too for a good night sleep after active day. It is located in town near everything and close to walking/bike paths.

Location wise…..goodService wise…..excellent….Managers we’re very accommodating and friendly (female was,anyway)Rooms need updating…..very old but in good condition….though, if there was a court yard for our room I didn’t find it or the undercover parking, perhaps the advertisement was referring to the motel next door , owned by same person .(the one we were supposed to stay in) . The microwave was hidden in the wardrobe and dirty.There were no dinner plates or soup bowls but the cutlery was there.The bed was rock hard. The tariff was more than what it was worth. Not value for money.
