They are the best carwash in Sydney I 100% recommend bringing your car to them to get your carwashed

I used to go here to have my 2 cars wash, but not anymore after being treat so rudely by one of the staff.Super rude staff.I wouldn’t give 1 star if i can.

Paid $69 for a wash and polish. Said that you can see the dirt now because it’s clean. If the car was clean - there wouldn’t be any dirt on the car. And instead of owning up to it - he decided to yell and ask for $200 and he’ll clean the car better. Why would I give $200 if you can’t even do a normal clean. Do not recommend ever.

The worst customer service. I would not recommend this dodgy car wash to anyone. Keep driving past and avoid this place. And I will not be going back ever again to Memos Car Wash. Quoted $70 for a standard clean inside and out with Armor All. Went to pay the bill after the service and was asked to pay $110. I asked why and the owner said his employee made the mistake to polish my car, which they never asked my permission to polish my car! Having argued the point in paying the $110. And with the owner smirking behined the counter he said still your car looks good with a polish. To get out of there quick and not to argue even more we agreed on paying $90. A message to the owner. This is not how you treat your customers and this is not a good business practise to charge more then then what the agreed job was quoted at. And you should be responsible for your workers that you said did not listen to instructions! To top it all off you stole my Etag which was left in my console. Memos Car Wash pull your finger out and get your act together and treat your customers right!!!!

I washed my car there. It is very clean but one of their staff stole my glasses.I forgot to leave my glasses in the car and one of the staff stole my glasses while they vacuumed.

You must be joking to give this place anything beyond 1 star. I want to give 0 but Google reviews wont let me or and all the 5/4 stars were likelydone by employees from Memos Car wash.Their facebook 1 star reviews are quite accurate and unfortunately I was one of those who didnt research before taking my car in for a clean....Where do I start. I was quoted by the someone working there (likely illegally working in Australia) $30 ONLY - for a wash and clean. Got my car back, was told it cost me $60 in the end. Did not do the job I asked and I asked why the car wasn't vacuumed and streaks/scratches around the car, they said it will be another $20! there was brown/black residue on the dashboard, random liquid spilled in the back seat....I could get a better car wash deal in the city and will cost me less than what they tried to rip me off from.Stay away from these dodgy f**kers. I have photo proof of before and after the job done and also their manager wasn't around so they run around quoting their own price and then double the price when you pick up your car. Illegal practice in Australia, will be reported to ATO and ACCC.

Quoted $100 for wash and polish. Barely vacuumed the car, the glove box was still dirty, asked for the staff to come back and check then he wipes it with a wet cloth, said water is the best to clean it off no products needed. My trunk was no vacuumed. Interior was not polished, car waxing still had marks. Job does not justify the price. Never again, do not recommend.

I have been comming to memo carwash for 3 years and I have never had any issues. Bringing my car and getting my car washed without being worrying my car will not get washed properly or get damaged they are the place to come when you need to wash your car
