Took my mower without hardly looking at it and said it wasn’t fixable. Said they would use it for parts. No offer of money or discount to buy a new one….. but still wanted me to buy a new one from them. I went to Bunnings, sad that I wasn’t going to help a local business.Apparently it’s been done to others as well.Steer clear of this business

Extremely poor service.Dropped saw in to have chain sharpened, purchased a new chain and some files and paid.Picked saw up at lunchtime and drove away, only to receive a text to say I hadn't paid.Had to return to shop and pay for the sharpening which I assumed was paid for when I dropped saw of and paid for the new chain and files.First and last visit!

Extremely poor service. Couldn't even order a simple part for a small engine. I was too patient and understanding for 3 months and was told numerous times the part I required was on order but after all that time it never had been. This business is fine for sales but don't look for anything beyond that.

Pathetic been waiting a month to pick up my ride on ive rang twice 1st time i wasnt even on their system 2nd time they were coming to pick it up next week that was 2 weeks ago! No phone calls nothing! Minus 10 stars! Its now over 3mths even though im in their system how can a business operate like this? Got my mower fixed in 10 days by central west mowers but the pathetic jokers at browns still havent contacted me they are without doubt the worse business in orange

Have had good service but seems a bit hit & miss. Have had many maintenance/repair jobs there over the years. At times they’ve misplaced equipment or not actually done what I asked for. Staff are generally good & helpful.
