Rozelle Village Pharmacy

I sit here, blowing thick yellow mucus from my dark depths, now nursing another soreness I didn’t have before I entered Rozelle Village Pharmacy.I had bought a small box of 12 Sudafed two weeks ago (take up to 4 a day, so 3 days’ worth). Today I presented at the counter with my vitamins and cough medicine and asked to buy a box of Day & Night this time. The aggressive reaction from the older woman pharmacist was not of concern for my health but obvious hostile suspicion! OMG! I was being judged to be a drug manufacturer!!! All I want is a decent night‘s sleep. How sick that makes me feel. We most certainly won’t be showing our faces or spending a dollar in there ever again.We suggest that it might be time for retirement for someone well past making a positive contribution to our community. It would have been lovely to have received some old fashioned care from the Village pharmacist or at least an explanation or information - not accusation and damnation!

Michael and his team, even though a small pharmacy, have become great at doing Covid boosters. Fast, efficient and friendly. And doing this for walk-ins is excellent. Not a big wait at all but remember they do need to do their usual chemist things.

Walked in for my booster shot today after struggling to find a booking anywhere else. Rozelle village pharmacy are doing walk-ins all day, every day. Very smooth process and professional staff. Highly recommend if you are looking for your booster shot within the recommended timeframes.

Michael and his staff are always lovely and professional. We've used them regularly to order special medications and they always communicate thoroughly, putting customer service first.They are now accepting walk-ins for the Moderna booster and it was so incredibly easy to organise. The team are working tirelessly to get as many vaccinations done as possible.In an area with so many pharmacies, you are hard-pressed to find another with such excellent customer service and tireless dedication to keeping people safe.

Was totally embarrassed at this pharmacy.They came out from the counter and asked why I need my medication so soon. Whilst holding the medication behind her back. Requiring me to say my medical conditions and how many tablets I have left. 5-6 people in the shop,all looking at me. I had merely not wanted to come back out again in covid risk times. And if it was such a problems.,why would my Dr have prescribed them a week before that. I left distressed and feeling guilty for taking my medication as directed. So I took less than I needed,and I'm now an absolute wreck. My mental health as taken a huge dive. I feel like a deserve to feel worse.
