EFM Health Club Hawthorn
Fantastic, friendly gym with interesting programs varying day by day. Very social and fun atmosphere with a wide variety of cardio, weights, core, balance and outside work. Terrific coaches, very helpful and attentive, Marc the main coach in particular always positive, smiling and encouraging. Members of different ages and levels of fitness, easy for newbies who might never have been to a gym before to start with individualised attention, as well as for experienced gym goers to extend and push themselves. Great music as well!
