So glad we found iLogic4GPlus. We have had the system for A year and a half. After a satellite installer came up our driveway took one look at the trees and just turned around, then Telstra told us ADSL was available and then it turned out to be false. I found iLogic and Joe came out to do a speed test. I was dubious it would work but we had our unit installed in 2021 and picked up a great signal from the nearest tower(Vodafone) and we have great and reliable internet. Streaming is no issue, Zoom meetings no dropouts. The whole process ws so easy from the testing to the installation. The installer did a great job and his work was to neat. We have a concrete block property so had to run conduit from the aerial and then inside and the job was done so well, better than any other tradesmen who have worked on our house. If you are on the fence about wether this works, it was the perfect solution for us and we have better reliability than those on non down the road.

Honestly the best customer support post purchase, even in between Christmas and new years they returned to fix a faulty sim card supplied by telstra the day I sent through the email.Plus the actual hardware is excellent, our coverage and speeds are extremely consistent and fast.Very happy with our purchase almost 15 months post buying.

Been let down poorly from Telstra with problem after problem with our internet supply,Thanks to the guys at ilogic 4g +,we have extremely good speeds and non stop supply whatever the circumstances are,We need this especially for our security system, but also general use with (internet,movies, streaming,etc).Faultless fitment and extremely fast speeds combined with great service and 10/10 fitment of all hardware.On time and hassle free-seldom seen these days-great job guys.

Fantastic sales experience only outdone by the results we achieved! After moving to Mornington Peninsula 12months ago we have tried, ADLS2+, Satellite NBN and were looking at Fibre options (which had exorbitant infrastructure upgrade costs attached to it), until we came across iLogic 4G+. Joe the, onsite assessor an owner of the business was very technical and informative and the back end communication and sales process managed by Giada was seamless. We were having issues getting decent bandwidth on our farm. We had 1, sometimes 2 bars, on our mobiles and the same on our Telstra Netgear Nighthawk M2. We were getting inconsistent download and upload speeds to work from the farm as using Microsft Teams was impossible. I then purchased from Telstra a Mobile 4G Smart Antenna with a roof mount Yargi aerial and was told this should boost my signal and bandwidth. It did boost our signal, and our mobiles and the Nighthawk had 3 to 4 bars of signal now, but it didn't improve the bandwidth. It was still very inconsistent and hard to work from the farm. We occasionally got 10-15 MB Downloads and 5-6 MB Uploads, but this was very rare, and it was usually in the low single digits for Downloads where even Netflix would struggle to stream and Uploads at 1 MB or less.We then contacted iLogic4G+, and they were great. Joe came onsite to run some tests to make sure it would work for us. The tests were amazing, and their device showed with Optus, we would get better results over Telstra and Vodaphone in our area. On installation day, their regular installer was sick but Giada and Joe arranged for a local electrician on very short notice to come, and Joe also came himself to supervise the installation was done correctly. Fantastic customer service! We are now thrilled with the speeds we get and can easily work from the farm. Downloads were initially recorded via a speed test at around 40 MB, and Uploads at 20 MB, but this has now settled to be more consistently around 12-16 MB Download speed and 16-20 MB Upload speed. We would definitely recommend you contact them if you have poor internet.

The service from the iLogic4GPlus team was exceptional through the whole process of on-sight testing to the recommended technology solution and the installation process. The final outcome was extremely fast internet which was delivered as promised. I would highly recommend the service as a superior solution to NBN for more remote locations.

On behalf of my family I would like to say how brilliant this company(ilogic4g ) is to deal with... From the start of meeting joe & Giada we had a sense of trust & care and how professional they are & how they treat their customers. They kept us informed the whole way with weather delays etc & the installer Josh turned up on-time and didnt stop working all day to get us connected! In fact at 6pm on a friday evening with approx 2 hours left until the job was finished 2 other installers turned up to assist Josh. Joe +Jim? Great people!.. They all worked tirelessly to finish the install which they finished at approx 9pm.. Joe called the next morning to check that everything was working as it should.. Amazing work ethic & trustworthy, care factor 100%.. Our internet speeds are fantastic, worth every cent!!Chris & Sue

Recently had Ilogic install a new internet service for us. We have had our slow satalite go from an average speed of 20 to over 90. We couldn’t believe the scale of improvement. Living on a 10 acres with a hill behind us and lots of trees thought we were doomed to slow internetI can’t recommend Ilogic enough not only for the work they did and end result. Also being not very technically minded, Joe the technician explained everything very simply for me to understandHe was very professional, polite along with the office staff. Yes it did come at a cost, but we decided not to skimp on exactly we we neededWe had 2 points installed in the house and 1 outside allowing us optimum coverage both inside and out including a separate sunroom and sheds
