Prompt response even though we're well out of town. Lovely work replacing a window in a heritage listed building. Also very flexible as the team had to pick up the key from a different location.

We had a cracked double glazed window replaced by ACT Glass and Glazing. They were excellent, we were able to make an exact time for them to come (others contacted would only give a 5 hour window) and they came exactly on time for both the measure/quote and for the installation which took all of 5 minutes. All staff I dealt with over the phone, by email and in person were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again, would not bother to call anyone else as they were so good.
