The level of craftsmanship shown by this team is absolutely outstanding. That aside, the service was second to none. I contacted Peter with a request that may have gone two ways (with such a tight, semi-unrealistic deadline). Not only did Peter give me his word that he will deliver this project, he was proactive in his approach allowing us to maximise the productivity of their service. On our end, everything was going to be delivered in the 11th hour, therefore Peter suggested building our 6x Custom A3 binders + Spot UV + 120 printed pages in separate stages. This allowed us to focus on the cover, tabs, and all 6 chapters separately, as we were still awaiting certain resources. This approach requires so much more thought & mental capacity, that most of Juergen's competitors would not want to deal with it. A big thank you again, the feedback from our client was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to use this team again in the future.

The lady who picks up their contact number does not know anything and takes your number saying someone else will call back. Enquired a second time and again notified someone will get back. Got a text from someone asking to visit their store to meet and talk. Didn't say who it was so don't know who texted. Replied that I can not come physically so can we talk over phone. Got no reply text no call back nothing.If you have to go and visit every supplier or workshop for a general enquiry I don't think that is acceptable at all.
