I see why Joe has the excellent reputation he has. I haven't even got my parts fitted yet and he has already gone above and beyond all expectations! Not only is he a wealth of knowledge, Joe has volunteered to open the shop outside regular hours (on a Public Holiday might I add) to get my suspension sorted before my next track day!

Brought my recently acquired 959 Panigale down to Joe this morning for an individual suspension setup and he got straight on it. Adjusted both the rear and front shocks and even adjusted my foot brake pedal for me. The bike is now the beast it is supposed to be, planted on the road, confident in the corners. Chalk and Cheese comparison! I will be bringing down my Multistrada V4 for Joe to do his wizardary when it arrives. Joe is a pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable professional, and I rekon you will always have a good experience with him. I'll bre recommending Joe to all my other mates that ride on the track or road. Thanks Joe!

Awesome experience, possibly the best service/sales experience i have EVER had! Called up to enquire about some work on the front end of my bike, i was instantly impressed with Joe's spot on knowledge and advice from the moment he answered the phone. Accurately quoted prices giving me numerous options.Booked in and got the work done a couple weeks later. Joe was very accommodating allowing me to paint some components while removed from the bike. Work was completed to a high standard and he walked me through what had been done along with some setup tips. Also offered me some great advice in regards to upgrading the brake master cylinder.Thanks again, i will be back to have the rear end done after i get some time on the bike.
