I strongly recommend other branches of Reece rather than this one. I tried to give my feedback to the store manager before putting this review here, but I couldn't reach her. While a few of their sellers are good and helpful, I found majority of them just focusing on getting their commission. The advice given to me on pricing by one of their sellers was dishonest too. This led me leaving their store.

This 5 star review is for the excellent service provided by Rachael at the Fortitude Valley outlet. She was very patient, very understanding and extremely helpful. She really took the time to understand the vision of our cabin in the woods and made some excellent suggestions.

Walked around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve us. Not a single staff member acknowledged we were even there or asked if they could help in any way despite at least 2-3 not being with any clients - just walked straight past us while trying to not make eye contact. So incredibly rude! Such a contrast to the Gold Coast showroom who went above and beyond as soon as we stepped in their door, they can definitely teach this showroom some customer service skills.

Waited 40 minutes to receive customer service but staff were talking to other customers and didn’t seem to feel any pressure to move on to assisting us despite us obviously waiting for ages. No play area for the kids so kids were restless and getting shushed by other customers. Left without any help.
