Our little fur family (2 small dogs + 2 cats) thoroughly enjoyed their stay with the Pet Resorts Team. They were well looked after and happy when we returned. The team welcomed and supported regular check ins which was great for peace of mind. Easy and tailored check-in, and great with pets that have special diets and requirements. Highly recommend

Our dog, Ziggy, enjoys going to Pet Resorts Australia Townsville almost as much as she enjoys coming home. I feel that she is very happy staying there, probably because of the amount of attention she receives. Highly recommended!

When I moved to Townsville I was concerned about finding a place for my cat while I was away working. Having tried several unsatisfactory catteries, I left him at the Pet Resort (Bruce Hgwy). The difference was amazing. We both had a great experience and he has stayed there many times since. The staff are wonderful and clearly love the animals. They are able to give good feedback and details of my pet's stay and are helpful, kind and interested. I would highly recommend the Pet Resort.

This place is very impressive for the friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff. Amanda, the Manager, is excellent! My dog was looked after in his five days. The only minor downside, in my opinion, is that the place could well do with an overhaul / upgrade! My dog has stayed at other pet places in this region, and Beaches was by far the best of these - on every count.

I can't recommend PRA Townsville enough. We dropped our 6 month old puppy off for a 5 day stay. When we picked her up she was very healthy and happy. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, before, during and after the stay. We would have no hesitation in booking little girl" in again. Thanks so much to all the staff!"

Very friendly staff, understanding in difficult circumstances, care about your furbabys. Very helpful. Love the personal report cards. Would love to have had a update during their stay via text with a pic.

I believe the staff are so truthful.At know stage the staff new what my dogs liked but there review told me thatMy dog Beau loved cuddles .So that means to me they spent time with my dogsThanks so much you have done a wonderful job

Love Love Love Pet Resorts Australia Townsville.. We have left our senior boy, 15yr old cat, with the resort twice now and he has been so well looked after. He comes home happy and healthy and has a report card with him to let us know how he went. The staff love animals and it shows, we wouldn't take Harry anywhere else.
