Sticky Prick Bee Haven

I collected my nuc from Roy on the Queens birthday weekend. As the weather wasn’t the best Roy suggested I leave them in the nuc box until the weather picked up.I transferred them into my brood box the following weekend, on inspection there was plenty brood with both capped and uncapped honey cells and although I never saw the queen the frames were all drawn beautifully. The bees were none aggressive which was a very nice surprise as I didn’t know what to expect.Roy was very helpfully and gave me great suggestions as I am a newbie to bee keeping.Thank you Roy and I would definitely recommend his services should anyone need them.

We called Roy to rehome some bees that had taken up residence in our bbq. I was a bit stressed as my husband is allergic to bee stings but Roy arrived quickly, explained what would happen next and was very professional. His fee was really reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. We also buy our honey from him - it's delicious, natural and great to be able to support a local business.

Roy was absolutely terrific in removing our problematic bees humanely. Over time I developed an allergic reaction to stings so could not risk keeping the wonderful little creatures any longer. Roy arranged for them to be hosted by his mate which we much preferred to extermination. He was punctual in responding, kept arrangements as agreed, polite and respectful in all communication. Would heartily recommend if you have a bee problem but don't want to use pest control.

Roy did a great job introducing our students to the world of bees. The presentation was pitched perfectly for year nine students and his resources were excellent. Seeing a real hive was incredible and informative. Great tasting honey too!!

Amazing, amazing honey. Can’t recommend it enough. I really believe it makes me well when I am sick. It’s so pure and delicious, the ultimate antibiotic. Service is fabulous too. I had my order delivered within half an hour! Roy really knows what he’s doing with his bees.

Roy was fantastic in both service and price. He came quickly and his experience was immediately apparent as he removed the newly forming hive and waited for the bees who were active to calm down so he could capture them in the box as well. Definitely recommend for any Bee removals! I know we'll use Roy again if we ever need to.
