Amazing Doctors - the administration processes could be improved substantially - we waited 90 minutes and another lady 3 hours only to be told we hadn't been 'checked in' in the system and the doctor we were supposed to see had gone home for the day.

customer service is shocking, takes me 5 minutes every time i call to get through to someone. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency or manners towards patients.

Been in pain with psoriasis (feels like burned skin and looks horrible too) for years but this year has been the worst and I finally decided to get help. I followed the therapy plan and 6 weeks later I could get on injections. Waited another week for my prescription (still nothing). I applied for my skyrizi welcome kit and it came the following day. I sent an email and I called these guys up 11 times on a Wednesday was on hold for 10 mins to only be told to wait for another call. I called up the following day because I didn't get a call I was told they would call me to let me know. Then another following day (Friday) I was told to wait again as they had only just sent my script off to process, plus the lady didnt really care how she spoke to me theres no need to be sassy, I can put up the pain and wait but it does hurt if you can't care alittle bit for your patient. Especially since I've had to be the one to follow up and practically beg for my own script. I'm not impressed I have to pay for bad phone manners and wait by my post box for a script.

Dr Corinne and Dr Tristan have been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone with cosmetic concerns such as acne and pigmentation.However the admin staff really lets this place and the doctors down. I have never had a single email answered and getting through on the phone is a nightmare.I would love to keep coming to see the derms but the communication with admin is so off putting.The girls have always been friendly and polite in person… and there’s always multiple people there…. So I have no idea why all my emails are ignored (I am getting the auto replies, so it’s not incorrect) and the phone is never answered.

I saw Dr Asoka and with her incredibly skilled hands removed a small growth in the corner of my eyelid. The skin growth was in a difficult position so close to my tear duct. Thank you & much respect to Dr Asoka.

We saw Dr Tristan Blake today for my teenage daughters’ acne and he was amazing! Super empathetic, kind and professional, excellent communication skills and up to date knowledge on best treatments. Dr Blake answered the many questions I had, and my daughter felt really safe and comfortable with him. As a dental practitioner myself, I’m really fussy on the care I get for my family, and Dr Blake was excellent so I would highly recommend him!

I see Brian De'Ambrosis here and he is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. He always explains everything and is very thorough. He is booked out for months at a time but I don't really need to go in more often than that so I don't mind.

Been coming here a few months now, my dermatologist is amazing but the front reception is clearly understaffed. Takes me calling up to 3 times a day to try get hold of someone. I have sat on hold for up to 10 minutes just waiting to talk to someone, it’s an issue they need to deal with. Not impressed with service. But do recommend Dr Blake as a dermatologist.

so difficult to contact by phone that I am switching to another dermatology practice. Shame because the dermatologist I saw was fine, but I dont like relying on places where it is this difficult to speak to someone on the phone
