I called them to order cake so they asked me to whatsapp pics of cake. I sent them pics and all details but there was no reply inspite of them reading my msgs. I called them next day to follow up and the guy said ‘if we havent replied then you should understand I must be busy and I will reply when I get the time.’ He also said we cant make a cake with your pics so choose from our page and send. I said ok no problem but I am trying to finalise the cake this weekend itself. I again reminded him to send me the flavour list. Also sent him 3 cake pics from his page. 2 days later again no reply at all inspite of reading all my whatsapp msgs. I felt as if they dont want to give me service. Atleast reply and say if you cant take the booking then I wont waste my time waiting for ur reply (which never came anyway) so I ended up booking someone else. I was so excited to order from Sahib bakery after reading their reviews but sorry to say this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you continue to treat customers like this, you will soon see a downfall. Mark my words. Everyone else I messaged replied promptly and I was able to book all services in time thankfully.

The quality and taste was top notchI highly recommend to all my friends and family . I could see their efforts, we have ordered an egg less cake for an special event and they made it ready on time that was impressive .

I ordered Gulab jamun cake but there is no taste of Gulab jamun. I Thik they put only 5 to 6 big pieces of Gulab jamun.

We have ordered Rasmalai cake. it’s yummy. Recommend for Indian style cakes.
