In new years day I was surprised even he answered my phone call. I told him about my aircon problem and asked him I have sick mother at home and I need this to be done asp. He told me that he is going for dinner but he will stop and check it . Boy he did and 20 minutes later my cool air was running.Thank you Bob all the best wishes in new year
