We paid to have our long range fuel tank repaired. We had to wait 2 weeks to get in. It was a difficult job as tray off Ute had to be removed and while I acknowledge that the original job probably wasn’t well done and the tank a poor standard we spent $1,500 on a job that didn’t last a week. When I called to discuss it I was told Gary would call me back. He never did and my emails were also not responded to.When I picked up vehicle they admitted they probably shouldn’t have done the job and we should find a better long term solution- would have been nice to have been given the option and at least saved some money. I also queried the hours billed and was told it was because 2 people worked on it - not sure this is fair way of billing and one of the staff was a 2nd day apprentice.Seemed like a professional outfit but perhaps clarify whether worth outlaying the expense (our final price was more than 1.5x quote ) for the result.

I came in Monday 7am with broken roo bar brackets after some nasty corrugations. The folks at argyle welded them up and in a few hours we were on our way. Fantastic friendly service.
