Prices are cheaper here than anywhere and the service and follow-up tech support are awesome.Dimitri delivered set up and demonstrated my new smart tv in my home at Fletcher today for FREE! He even took my old tv and accessories away for me.Much appreciated. Would highly recommend Australian Colour TV company!

Disappointing. I needed to chase up my tv repair. No one contacted me in a month. Then I was told it would be ready the next day. I went 4 days later to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. When it was given to me it was not packed properly in its box, shoved in, foam missing and broken. To be fair, I spoke to the manager who gave me an additional 2 months on the usual one month repair warranty. However today I unpacked it and set it back up and discovered the screen has a bunch of scratches not there before. My guess is from the tv not being out in it’s box properly and carelessly shoved in. Pretty disappointed in the lack of care taken. 3 stars purely for the managers communication. Otherwise it’d be 1

Went looking for a replacement remote for our TV bought there 6 yrs ago. They went out of their way to dig into the storage room to find one ( the last one!). How nice it is to find a business prepared to go the extra yard.
