Most pathetic real estate. We received the house dirty, we receive rude remarks from the workers saying where a waste of time, have never once had an inspection in the year we have been here. The property manager is the rudest lady I have ever met as well as the admin. Would NEVER recommend this real estate.

Would like to remain anonymous. He is a woman harassaer. He handedover unclean property to us and when my pregnant wife asked her to clean he got angry and started throwing stuff in anger in front of her. She was shocked. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T USE THIS AGENT.

Worst possible agent - his English is of lowest possible level. U won't be able to understand this guy - only he knows what he speaks or weites. Gave us the property full of cockroach eggs. My wife was expecting at that time . Literally begged him to get the cockroach eggs removed. We got health issues because of cockroaches.Irony is he filed a case against me in tribunal that I did not handover property to him in a professionally cleaned manner. He misbehaved with my wife. No one should ever use this agent. He will pressurise you to hand over the property professionally cleaned. We hope he goes bankrupt. His real estate licence should be cancelled.

Had very good experience dealing with Mr Ven. Took great care of all the aspects of my stay. Personally attended to a crisis and handled it very well. This is my first experience of dealing with real estate agency in Australia and the experience has been extremely nice.Thank you Ven sir and team!!

Managed my property. Most pathetic person, hands out unclean properties, misbehaves with females, gets angry if you ask him anything, cannot collect rent from tenants. he knows from last 30 years on time.
