My girlfriend and i came here to buy a new mattress and Meg was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. We left so happy with a beautiful mattress at an even better price than we anticipated. Meg is brilliant in customer service, and so funny. I will definitely be recommending to everyone !!!

I bought a Granada Bed worth $4,782. It took them almost 2 months to deny the warranty request. They have no clear timelines. They will hand you over to the manufacturer who will take months to decide.They will not respond to emails in the hope you give up.If the furniture is defective, are you prepared for months and months of headache?Please click on the Lowest button on top to see their real reviews. Also, go to other sites. I made the mistake of not reading their authentic reviews.I would love to know what percentage of warranty requests actually result in a refund or replacement. My guess is that it would be very low.There are many other furniture stores out there who will give you proper after sales customer service. Then why deal here?I am posting this review in the hope that it helps a few people make an informed decision.

FABULOUS SERVICEWe could not fault here.We were served within minutes and looked after as if we were VIP's!We were able to access the machine which advised you on the right sorry if bed for us, which was super helpful as it eliminated alot of the guesswork and time trying out beds.The store practices COVID-19 safety and hand sanitizer was available when we walked in.Will be back again and can highly recommend!

Highly recommended shopping at Forty Winks Bundall, friendly staff and was never pushy to make a sale. Make sure you ask for Robbie he gave amazing service, provided us with detailed information on the products and won us over. Visiting other furniture stores in the area and the service we had, made us run back to Robbie. Wish there was a 6 star option……..

We dealt with Meg at Bundall the service was excellent she was extremely knowledgeable in what I required as I have had recent spine injury. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family extremely professional and she took all the time I needed.
