We have had a relationship with Watara Homes for a few years now working on multiple builds. They are have always been professional, reasonable and please to work with. I would highly recommend them for craftmanship & value.

We begun a large scale renovation of our beloved Mid-century home with excitement but also some trepidation. Our project included second storey addition, two new bathrooms, new kitchen, extension to living and bedroom spaces and extensive outdoor entertainment, new pool and entrance! Like most our standards are high and we felt confronted by the challenge of finding a builder that shared our vision and met our expectations for high quality finishes.We are very pleased to report our experience with Watara has been a wonderful one - resulting in an exceptional outcome. Our home feels like a work of art, the perfect balance of old and new. We can confirm that Mitch and his team share the standard of impeccable finishes we had hoped for.Working with Watara felt like a real partnership. Our input into the design and construction process was encouraged by Mitch throughout. The strong consultation, expert guidance and execution has certainly created an amazing end product that we are very proud of.Mitch should be complimented for his presence, patience and persistence to complete a high quality project in a difficult market. He demonstrated overcoming challenges as one of his greatest strengths. Supported by Hayley, incredible foreman Dan and other skilled tradespeople - Watara are a formidable team!We would have no hesitation in recommending Watara to anyone embarking on a renovation.

They were professional, responsive and friendly and were eager to help me achieve my design intent whilst still keeping my budget at the forefront of any amendments.I’ve been in the design and construction industry for 15 years and I can genuinely say honesty is hard to find. From the first time I contacted Watara, Mitch and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. I was very pleased with how reliable they were, their attention to detail and their quality workmanship, while still being competitive with pricing. Nothing was too hard and he made sure to communicate everything with me even when I was being difficult and wanting to change something last minute, he was patient and understanding, always making sure I was satisfied with what was delivered. I had the very good fortune of being referred to Watara Homes by my architect Bones Studio while we were still at the design stage for my home renovation. It was a lift and build under on a flood prone block, of a house that had great sentimental value to me. Many people told me to knock it down and start fresh, but Mitch understood my connection to the house and my history in it and he and his team did an amazing job transforming it into the house I always knew it could be. I cannot speak more highly of Mitch, Hayley, Dan and the rest of the team who worked so passionately with me on turning my dream into a reality. As I heard horror story after horror story of builders going bust during the time mine was in progress, I never once worried that I'd have the same experience as I could tell immediately that Mitch was too organised and too well prepared to have that happen. Yes there were delays but none that I could say were down to mismanagement on Watara's side, and as I regularly drive past homes that started their renovation journey long before I did, while I'm in my home and they are still not finished, I'm just very grateful that I found them! I kind of wish I had another project I could work with them on now we are basically finished, I had such a great experience.

We have been doing electrical contracting work for Watara Homes over several projects for the last few years. Mitch & Hayley and the whole team at Watara have set a very high standard and it shows with their end results.They have great communication, transparency and work to a high level of detail.The end result is always something to be proud of and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Watara Homes. We are extremely happy with the work carried out, great quality of work and attention to detail. We always felt that Mitch listened to our requests and when we found that extra work needed to be done, it was carried out in a professional and timely manner. All of this, along with follow up after the job was completed to check for satisfaction, has been wonderful.

On time. On budget. Stress free. It's great to be able to write that after an 18 week renovation including three bathrooms, kitchen and - well the entire house actually. Mitch and the Watara team were fantastic. Professional, respectful and great attention to detail. Mitch and our architect Tomas O'Malley worked well together and their collaboration value-added to the project. We love living and entertaining in our 'new' home. I highly recommend Mitch.

We used Watara for an extension on our home in Hendra and are extremely happy with the result. Mitch and his team are great to work with and deliver top quality results. We had an extension done to our home - added a new lounge, bedroom for our daughter, new kitchen, new dining, new patio, new flooring and we could not be any happier with the results from Watara Homes. We are so happy we went with Watara Homes - the quality of the work and professionalism was excellent. Mitch and his team did a fantastic job. Not only that, they follow up with any items which may need to be rectified down the track should this arise. We just had our 6 month follow up with them and everything was attended to.
