I gave this guy a set of 6 beautiful Damascus knives with a straight bevel to sharpen. Hard steel that takes a razor sharp edge. Epic fail. He added a second bevel - why would you do that! The knives were no sharper when I got them back than when I handed them over. Also made a complete mess of the bread knife, ground the wrong side & removed most of the teeth!Do not let this guy anywhere near your good knives!
