Pet Manager is a life saver. As a brand new business, we originally started out using a paper diary for our bookings. We soon realised that this outdated method didn't allow clients the freedom of online booking and it also became a nightmare when organising our busy Christmas period. After some research, we were lucky to find an Australian company who could offer an easy to set up system with support and back up to guide us through any problems. Ian and his team have been absolutely amazing. With patience and kindness, he was there to train us how to use the program, taking us step by step through each feature of Pet Manager. Bird Boarding moved to PM during the downturn of the pandemic. Now that that our business is booming again we are really feeling it's value.Firstly we were easily able to transfer 20 years of data from Pet admin.The interface is easy on the eyes, the program is easy to navigate and provides different routs to view bookings. Above all I like that it facilitates a great amount of detail for client profiles including allowing images to be easily uploaded.Ian is a dream to deal with even when we sometimes have trouble articulating our needs. Nothing is a problem he has tailored the program to our unique operation many times.
