From the first contact with Dylan to the completion of his work he was nothing but professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I rarely write a review but I was very impressed!I commend Dylan for his outstanding service and quality of work.Dylan decommissioned our old electrical meters and switchboard. He relocated and installed a new meter box, switchboard, meters and associated electrical work. He also removed the 2 phase overhead service and installed new 3 phase consumer mains. This ensured our new installation is safe, solar ready and will meet our needs for decades to come.Dylan is reliable, a great communicator and left our site spotless. What a find!

Dylan installed a generator transfer switch so that we could connect a generator directly to our power system and power the whole house during times of blackout and power loss. We tried everywhere to find a level 2 electrician but without success. Then we were referred to Dylan at NewArc. Dylan provided exceptional service and advice. He was on time, courteous, competent and very competitively priced. I've dealt with a lot of trades over my 70 years and I can honestly say that Dylan is the best I've ever engaged. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional electrician

Dylan, the level 2 wonder electrician, has just left us, and we couldn't be happier. We came home earlier today, (Saturday afternoon)on one of the hottest days this summer to discover not only no a/c but no electricity at all. Dylan was my third phone call, but first to answer. Said he would be here in between 2.30 and 3.30 and was here at 2.27.Professional, knowledgeable and cheerful, Dylan replaced our service fuse assembly and gave us advice on our solar system. What a star! Can't recommend him highly enough.
