These guys do a great job with the Ad on hold voice-overs. They are a little bit 'salesy' in trying to flog their broader marketing package, but the staff are friendly and efficient for the work I needed done.

The service did not meet our expectations.Our website was just slightly upgraded and took 3 months to get up. The google ads didn't work except to get us 10 calls a day from overseas people and those that don't answer the line. We did get a couple of google reviews, but half of them didn't even make it to our google business page.They tried to write articles for our website, but they were not well written or researched and the SEO didn't really do much at all.It was an expensive experience that we will learn from.

I have been dealing with the Ad On Group for a while now and can honestly say that the team, Tracy, Charlotte, Taryn, Kirsten just to name a few are excellent. We are a retail store, we used the $20 phone messages service for many years, all straightforward and fine. Then when Telstra stopped the ability for this service to continue AdOnGroup approached me to provide the other services they have. When I spoke to the gentleman he stated all that was included in the package and that there was a 6 months trial. After 12 months of continuing to charge my c c and not fulfilling any of the areas of the package that were promised so all the money just disappeared without any return on the investment. Be extremely careful with this company. I've just spoken to Qld Dept of Fair Trading, next step is to lodge everything with them.Reply to AdOnGroup reply - I did email and phone on a couple of occasions. I had a manage/head of department call me and shut me down like I didn't have a brain and can't look at the evidence. I'm guessing he didn't look at what the output really was compared to what was promised, that's why I have taken it further. Can you please supply the best email address so I can forward all the evidence of what you promised to what you actually delivered.

The team were extremely helpful especially our main point of contact. In the beginning, our requirements were not met but the team at Ad On-Hold was responsive with the feedback and assisted with the changes requested until we were satisfied. Overall, service level was very good. Thank you to the team, especially Ema.
