Pat of P Smith Fencing showed up at the time we agreed to, and gave a fair quote. I was impressed with his depth of knowledge about the different types of fences that we needed replacing, and he even provided me with some advice for what to watch out for if we didn't end up going with him.Unfortunately as all the fence-work I had were boundary fences, other contractors were selected for various reasons.Very professional. Five stars.(No incentive was offered for providing a review; no incentive was given for providing a positive review.)

Patrick, James, and their team installed a treated-pine paling boundary fence 1.8m high and 40m long. The tight location and weather didn't deter them, completing the job in a few days, including removal of most of the old hardwood fence (I kept some for use as excellent firewood). Great communication, highly recommended.
