This is not a direct Caltex, Ampol or Woolworths owned service station its 'EG Vincentia' also know as EG Group Australia and as such they do not accept AmpolCash Digital Gift Cards. Caltex branding on the sign only means they sell Caltex fuels and also allows you to collect Woolworths reward points.Customer service is below average here, older lady treated me like I was taking up her time, very rushy to get the transaction done and get you back out of store.

Absolutely rude person Rachael! She charged me for 2 lots of fuel and when I said something she told me I was rude. I’m one of the most patient non rude people around and even more so in these challenging times.If can’t be civil, maybe you should find a different job! I don’t care about Woolworths points… I Will NOT be back!! Disgraceful attitude! Shame on you.

Now this is a place that has the best customer service if your fishing they've got baits, if your looking for ice on a hot day they've got that too, and now they sell lotto and scratches if that's what you fancy overall they got you covered.

This Caltex is great for us after finishing shopping. Plenty of pumps and sometimes a wait but all is well. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
