I'm a freelancer, and although I have a good office space at home, I was starting to feel isolated. I have been working at the Common on West co working space for over a year now, 2 days a week. It's a nice airy open space, and the other people who work there are very friendly. It gives me the opportunity to be amongst other people while also helping me focus and getting me out of the house.Excellent location in the heart of Umina, lots of cafes and shops close by.

Our company has been based at Common on West since it's opening and it has been brilliant. It has everything: good internet, coffee, nice space, lots of natural light and a very nice bunch of people!

I had just moved to Central Coast in April 2019 and kids at home made it impossible for me as a Sales Professional to make C-Suite calls or type reward winning emails. Clean venue, convenient to supermarkets, chemist, tobacco, massage, barber, pub. What can I say but it became my second home. Great people, management and co-hot deskers alike. Also so much cheaper than Sydney. Moreover, Common on West Co-working space led me to meeting two co-tenants who are now my clients and I managed to finish writing a book in 3 months because it was so comfortable and quiet.

I have been working at CommonOnWest on and off for the last 1.5 yrs. I can highly recommend it. Facilities are great, people lovely and its proximity to shops, parking etc. is perfect. It's great for just casual desks or something more permanently. There is also the opportunity to get private offices I believe. Great place to work with good vibe and people!!!

A welcoming and comfortable 'home away from home' office, with excellent facilities and well managed by the very personable Colin Taylor. Also in a great location with day-to-day services (post office, office supplies, cafes, groceries, chemist) literally at the door step. You can pop out during the day to access any of these - even Bunnings! - and be back at the office within minutes - super convenient!

I am a small business owner and needed an office to base myself from. Common on West has been perfect as close to home, great facilities, and a really good vibe. Highly recommend for anyone needing an office and making the leap from working from home.

I started working at Common On West almost a year ago on a casual basis to have a break from working at home...on my own. I very quickly went full time! I love the space and the people...the environment created at Common On West has been conducive to increased productivity for my business!
