Rented through them, and their property manager Natalie Bower made them look totally miserable.Natalie’s rude behaviour and total lack of communication skills eventually made us open a case in NCAT against them. Currently waiting for the second hearing. I emphasise, it’s her personal fault and rudeness that made us do that. All the issues could have been easily resolved and negotiated if not her. All she always says is No to everything, still demands full responsibility for us with no responsibility for her. Natalie simply damages the reputation of Ray White Armidale.We are extremely grateful for the landlord for letting us renting the property. This rural property was really nice and awesome with only a few minor issues. We did not have any intention to complain and go to NCAT, but Natalie inventive mind started adding new items to the list of what we were supposed to pay for. That’s literally every day. Today the list is short, tomorrow Natalie invents something new to make us responsible, the day after tomorrow the list grows again. And this is all with vacated property after the final inspection was completed. Miserable.At the same time she had 5 months to sort the water issues at the property and did nothing. First she ignored our emails for 2 months. After that she tried to blame us for taking long showers amidst heavy rains in the area with wet mud everywhere but not in our water tank. At last she accepted and started blaming us for chasing her for the issue to be fixed. 3 more months later we left the property because of that and she still did not organize fixing anything. Result: we paid extra $2,400 water bills because of her doing nothing. Natalie did not want to heat that at any stage. That’s all her unprofessional behaviour getingh the Ray White reputation down. Well the tribunal is here to decide who to blame.Note to the landlords. I have experience from both the renter and landlord sides of the fence and can observe the tribunal process from both angles. Natalie’s behaviour during the first hearing was absolutely indifferent. She did not even try to defend the landlords interests. She did not care at all. I expect Ray White to charge the landlord for representing the landlord’s interests in the tribunal. Dear landlord, you payed for nothing. She was there but literally did not say a word. The landlord or the tenant will pay, the Ray White reputation will be damaged, but Natalie will be there pretending she has nothing to do with anything. No, Natalie, your unprofessional behaviour leads to all of that and only you are to blame.

Ray White has been such a pleasure to work with, they are professional, polite and efficient in sales and property management.We called the sales team over to value our house. They came the next day to review the property, within a week we had a completed property review in a spiral bound book.The sales team gave us the best advice to build our asset for a future sale. When the time comes to sell, they will be selling our house.Keep up the great work.

Warning for all the landlords and tenants from Armidale and surrounding areas. I highly recommend you, no matter if you are a landlord or a tenant, to avoid using Ray White Armidale services. Especially I don't recommend you a property manager Natalie Bower as your agent. As a landlord you don't want to lose your money, to lose your tribunal hearing with tenants, to lose your reputation and to be in conflict with your tenants.Natalie Bower has no communication skills, she has no negotiation skills, she has no business skills. She is extremely rude, lazy, indifferent to all your issues. In her every email she replies simply No by rejecting all your needs. Due to no communicational skills, she only can put you in trouble with your tenants by deepening this conflict over time. All your issues will be only yours. You have only 2 options here. To invest your money to fix landlords' issues or to break the contract. Due to no negotiation skills, she will again organize the next conflict between the landlord and tenants, which will lead to the tribunal hearing where she will be absolutely indifferent and avoidant. From my experience what I say during the first tribunal hearing she was extremely indifferent and did not even try to protect the landlord's interests. She kept silent and did not try to give any facts that could protect you as a landlord.When you speak with her, you understand how rude she is. Natalie never makes eye contact with you. She replies on your questions, and she turns her back off. During the first inspection she avoided any conversation about existing issues. She escaped from the property after simple question about fixing issues. In the future she rejected via email the same issues which leads to us breaking the contract much earlier than planned and signing documents to the NSW tribunal. I was also disgusted by her constant lies during our tenancy when she tried to follow only her personal interests. She won’t be on the landlord side nor on the tenant side. You will understand how indifferent she is to her duties and her job. She is wasting time by working as a property manager by showing her unprofessional behaviour. It seems to me she is not on the right place by choosing this job. I was surprised that property manager can put you into such trouble by setting conflict between landlord and tenants.Attention to all landlords. Natalie Bower will put you into the next trouble during the tribunal hearing when you know that she is constantly ignoring the tribunal directions. You will be surprised that she won't show up in the court room because she personally decided that she is right, not the judge who gave her the clear written instructions. That's how as a landlord you will lose the hearing and your money.The next point why I am so disgusted by their service is that they are hiding negative reviews about their agency by putting negative reviews down the page. I remind you that today information can easily spread through the word of mouth and different social medias. As you do so, we will be posting our reviews in different social medias about Natalie Bower and Ray White Armidale to give a clear warning to people from the New England region. As you see, landlord or tenant, that people from this agency have zero communication skills. They can only deepen the conflict between you and them. They push you by their behaviour to do more to destroy their reputation among the community. This is what happened when you have zero negotiation skills. This is what happened when you are indifferent, when you are rude and when you are habitual liar.Again I highly recommend you to avoid by keeping yourself as far away from this agency as possible. Be careful when you choose people who choose he job that does not suit them. Avoid agents who don't want to gain the right skills to be successful. Communicational and negotioatiation skills are must. Otherwise, you will be reading constantly such reviews and your reputation will be very well known among the community.

Could not recommend Ray White Armidale more highly, in particular their fabulous Property Manager Natalie Bower. I have been both a renter & landlord with Natalie and must say that both instances were an absolute breeze and a pleasure. She went above & beyond for me and made sure I was looked after, and that all my needs were met. She was diligent, punctual, friendly as well as extremely professional - I can’t fault her. Nothing to scream home about speaking bluntly. They do their job. Like all realestates, if you are a renter. Keep evidences of all communications, take pics etc. Because the only best interest is in the landlords.
