Frustrating to deal with!! Tried to get insurance through AON but never ended up even getting a quote (waited for over a week). Tried contacting them and every trial was a failure until finally got in touch with them. When asked why it would take this long they said “I had to be patient”. Well I went with some one else and got a quote in half an hour and business fully insured within the next hour. Don’t waste your time with this mob. True time wasters!!

I would not recommend anyone to use this company. We chose to leave them after finding a significantly cheaper price elsewhere then after we switched after paying $1100 for our annual premium only 2 months earlier they pocketed $500 in commissions instead of prorata. Pack of thieving scumbags

I have been trying to buy your product for over a week - firstly it was a case of the website being inoperable on the iOS device, I called and was told that I need to do the application online on a PC then that didn't work, I tried to call to purchase insurance to be told I can only purchase 'online' .. so I guess I go elsewhere.. I tried for a week, gave the benefit of doubt and have given up - I simply can't give you money no matter how hard I try .. waste of time, I'd hate to think what it would be like trying to make a claim if it's impossible to take out a policy in the first place..

I do not purchase insurance from AON because they insure Adani and their Contractors. This will increase the emissions that cause the Climate Change that increases our insurance costs. No ethical company would insure those hellbent on destroying our only Planet.

long waiting times on phone before you get to talk to someone. some good products but incompetent staff who dont know their own products. phone staff are useless and keep saying it is all on the website or can be done on the website.

Very bad service, i hand in form last Thursday, but haven't got a quote this Thursday.

I've sent through text messages, tried calling them on the phone, but to no avail. No one called back, no one interested. Can you imagine the level of after sales service?

Poor service. Don't buy it. I updated my plan and over two weeks, no one to do my case.I just called today and they still says will doing but unfortunately,I got nothing from them .

Called up to up date my insurance, was ready to pay. Was told to email my request and it might be processed in 3 business days. Very unhelpful so I went elsewhere
