So I'm actually down in Robina, and I'm not entirely sure if it was rentokil or another business... Apologies if it was someone else, I'm not a fan of attacking businesses especially small businesses. However one of the businesses in the photos attached wanded into the backyard and a few other property backyards unannounced, The back door was open and it would have been quite easy for someone to help themselves to things... Given the fact that we were in the demographic of a retirement village, not such a great look - Entering people's property unannounced.I did confront to the gentleman, and he said that his boss" was going around knocking on doors to check it was ok... however I watched his "boss" walk into our front yard and others and specifically not knock on our door or call out into the open garage or doorway... he just looked around at things in the patio.I'm not one to cast dispersion but it's extremely unfortunate given the demographic of the complex that they were in... A lot of old people that could easily have been frightened

I wanted to make a complaint about one of their employees/business person driving a rentokil work car who deliberately hindered me when driving 15/5/23, I was heading out to warner from albany creek & he slowed down to 48 in a 70km zone & kept slowing, speeding up & when he went to the left lane to turn off I passed him & he gave me the finger. Absolutely disgusting use who thinks he is a male.

Zero stars if I could…Not sure where to start but it ain’t good. My 90yo Mum has used Rentokil for years for termite inspection and they have sadly not provided quality customer service or support. She had a termite inspection last year and technician was unable to take her credit card payment at the time due to their own eftpos issues. She asked for them to arrange an invoice which they failed to send. SHE called them months later to again ask for an invoice to which they promised to send. Again, nothing. This scenario happened again months later and still no invoice so she didn’t know how to make payment. Last week she got a letter of demand from a debt collector saying her credit history would be affected due to non payment. Mum has asked 4 times for an invoice so she could pay!!! She called the debt collection agency who had no interest in her issue. She called Rentokil and they said they’ll try and resolve it (no apology) but stated they can’t complete the now very overdue termite inspection because it’s still unpaid!!! People…she sent the cheque weeks ago. Come on. She’s 90 years old. Help out. YOU stuffed up in the first instance and continued stuffing up a further 4 times (more if you include the 2 phones calls about the debt collection/credit rating letter). You have created upset and stress to a 90yo widow due to your own numerous errors. For God’s sake…fix this.Erica Lovaszy (on behalf of Mary Lovaszy)* UPDATE * obviously because of my review, a rep from Rentokil asked to look into this for me but that was a week ago and so far nothing received.Mum called them AGAIN to try and book her (now very overdue) termite inspection and was very rudely told they won’t do it until her cheque clears (sent weeks ago).

Our pest inspection was done by Ranjit today. I would definitely like to have him for all our future inspections as well. He is very professional and friendly. He patiently cleared all my queries and doubts. His services was absolutely amazing he focused on every minute details and beyond.
