Dealt with Lucky with my experience in purchasing a Hyundai i30n. Was very happy with his service and professionalism the whole way through. He always communicated in the whole process from the sale of the car, till waiting until delivery and at the end receiving the car. Definitely would recommend Northside Hyundai!

Had to get a part replaced in my car because of a recall and they offered to give me a lift to work ao that i could make it on time. They then proceeded to drive about for an hour delivering others who were in no rush to get home to their houses and made me very late to work. Do not accept the rides these people offer, they will only disappoint you.

My original rate was 4 stars and that was up to the time I picked up my car. After that it's been downhill. I'm still waiting for my second FOB as, according to your dealership it's still on back order. Interesting that, I had my car serviced at Nundah Hyundai, asked for advise re: the FOB and low and behold when I picked up the car after the service, they had programmed a second FOB for me. Something to think about re: your after care customer service.

I had a safety recall repair done for my Santa Fe at Northside Hyundai. The team were amazing. Customer service from the text book! Thank you!The excellent service made me to think to switch to service my car at Northside and I'll consider their dealership when it is time to upgrade the car.

I definitely had a 5 star experience from this absolutely amazing team. From Lucky the salesman, Jaci the sales manager, Calvin the finance man and all the friendly staff, thank you for making everything so easy for me. Constant updates around delivery of my beautiful new Tucson highlander and Lucky stayed later than his working hours taking his time to explain everything about the features on my car. Northside Hyundai you’re the best !

Very friendly staff and able to meet our exact requirements for our new car. Very happy with the process and sales, especially Gillbert Lee who was very accommodating. Would highly recomend if in the market for a new car. The service department have also been very efficient. Well done all.
