The moment when you walk in the store is like a homeware version of Disneyland a happy place to enjoy shopping :D The variety of good quality products at reasonable prices from Japan makes you want to take everything home!I’ve shopped twice online, the website is well designed for browsing and well packaged parcel with excellent customer service, also Minimaru’s Instagram Daily Quiz brightens my everyday while in lockdowns :)

Lots of cool and cute items, very reminiscent of Japan! On the pricier side but everything is packaged well and of good quality as far as I could tell. It was fun just to look around as well!

Ordered online last week and the items only took 2-3 business days to arrive! Very prompt shipping. Great customer service too as one of the items I ordered wasn’t available and the refund came straight in.Love the minimal waste packaging - no plastic, and minimal use of paper, yet very thoughtfully arranged. Items all arrived intact. Like how they packaged 2 sake cups inside the tamagoyaki pan.Browsing through the online store reminds me of our visits to Tokyu Hands in Japan.Would love to visit Minimaru if we ever go to Melb in the future!

Has good range, I like this store but is very very expensive. It feel like they bought direct from retail store at retail price in Japan and then increase by more than double to sell here

I could spend hours at minimaru. Wait, no I DID spend hours at minimaru. Great selection of items here. The only challenge is to not get sucked into buying everything!

It’s close to Clayton Station and sells Japanese homewares, especially kitchenware. I couldn’t find much nearby until now, so it was convenient. The interior is spacious and tidy, and the shopkeepers were friendly, so I enjoyed shopping here.
