Waited 50min for some raisin toast and granola. Three staff asked if we were still waiting on food until we finally got up and asked staff where our food was, which they responded with well we are really busy". Only giving 2 stars because the coffee was nice but won't be going back after this experience. Never received an apology."

Absolutely disgusted by the service. Waited over an hour to only 2 dishes out of 4 coming out both being cold and 1 without sauce for the pancakes. Asked for money back o ly to get abused by the manager and get told to come back the next day to sort it. Asked again for money back to then get security called claiming we were physically abusive. Will never ever return back to this store, worst experience ever.

Great menu with a variety of meals, only issue being gluten free meals aren't labelled, you will need to ask when ordering. Staff were very helpful when I mentioned I am Coeliac, a warning was placed on my order and ingredients were double checked. A great place for food in Kotara!

Unfortunately slow and I mean slow ordered people who ordered after us got their meal waiting almost 40 mins for a big breakfast and chicken snitty no apologies nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD pathetic service. And food is Below average Very disappointing for the price you pay. If zero stars was a thing that’s what they would be getting.

Good food. They can maybe increase the dish options in the menu or may bring in new dishes inplace of the slow moving dishes. This will make repeat visits from people and keep them happy

Came in today for a late brekky and found a table in the outside eating area which was very clean, went to order food and was greeted by a courteous lady. Despite being busy we were served quickly and both food and coffee were hot and delicious.

Delicious food, and it was a a normal service. Could have cleaned the tables a little better. It was wet the whole time, as they kept reusing the same surface wipe on all tables.
