Super friendly and helpful staff who were so welcoming. Just in for the day, our Charlie had heaps of fun. Loved the service knowing our boy was safe and well looked after. Thank you - we will definitely book again.

My cats have stayed in both a mini suite (when they were smaller) and a king suite (Russia) at the Coomera location. It is a fantastic facility and the cats have plenty of room to play. The staff are very friendly and obviously cat lovers. It is fairly expensive and the booking process has a few issues, but the facility and service provided to the animals are absolutely flawless and I would recommend them 100%
