I was very pleased with the service provided by Carpet Court St Leonards. The quote (given without haggling) was significantly less than a competitor’s quote, and was reduced a little further after formal measurement of the rooms. Hai and the staff at the office, and the measurer who came to our apartment, were friendly, efficient and gave good advice. The carpet layers also were very pleasant, efficient and competent.

We ordered and installed new carpet for all bedrooms and the landing. We were looking for carpet that would last for a while, and particularly with kids. When it came to the install is where we were really impressed as they installed it without us needing to move large pieces of furniture like beds. We were really impressed and will go back to them again. Plus, we really love out new carpet. It's a dream to walk on.

My new carpet from St Leonards Carpet Court arrived this week. Everyone was so helpful. Today I called in to say thankyou. They laughed when I said I haven't stopped vacuuming since - all totally worthwhile to have springy clean carpet. Here is a photo of the SHETLAND BAY - Silver Frost carpet, thoroughly vacuumed of course.

We love our new carpet! Carpet Court have been excellent from start to finish. We had to delay installation of half of our carpet due to renovations - this was no trouble. Installers were excellent. Helpful advice on how to care for it going forward.

From the first contact with Hai & the team we were greatly impressed with the attitude, customer service & professionalism of all the team. Their range is the best in the area & they have a select premium carpet range not readily available in other stores.
