Reviewed as a Landlord, they are proactive and have great customer service and as an agent they are thorough in ensuring property meet compliance and regulations. Which as a result ensure both the landlord is protected and the tennant renting the property is safe from issues.They are open and easy to negotiate with and can be flexible, If i purchase more property in the area they will be my first choice for management.I spoke to Din and she addressed all my concerns and worked quickly to get everything up and running.

I’m a landlord. Used this agency years back. The property manager was terrible. Incompetent. SHE would never do inspection reports unless I followed up - pre Covid times. Property wasnt managed correctly. They would copy and paste the exact same photos from the previous report. Wasnt told that the property was vacating until weeks later. The cleaners they use for the end lease wasn’t satisfactory. I once called to specially speak to the PM and the guy who picked up rudely asked - are u tenant or landlord. Tenants deserve respect too - it’s a two way relationship. Won’t do the landlord any good if the managing agent is incompetent. wouldn’t use these guys even if they offered me 0.05 percent management fee. also, I observed quite a bit of turnover in staff. I cannot comment on the sales team but the management team were not worth the time or money. principal never responded or gave two hoots when I escalated. Word of advice to landlords: check All your statements and make sure deductions are done correctly.

Just about the rudest people you'll ever meet, but I expect nothing less from real estate agents.

Very unprofessional, poor communication, slow in responding to emails and phonecalls. As tenants, we found they were very unpleasant to interact with. We would not recommend using this real estate. If these guys are managing your property, ask for a discount as compensation for the bad service you're going to get!

Our agent was Derick Lin, and he was one of our best agent experiences. He provided excellent communication with us when we lodged a repair request, and acted quickly upon the request. We liked his technology forward thinking with the utilisation of an application to lodge repair requests, and providing us with automated receipts of rent paid. It was a very intuitive user experience. Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend Derick Lin (Sales Consultant) to anyone who has real estate questions, concerns or interests.He is trustworthy, and he puts extra effort to communicate with stakeholders as individuals, and not simply as the next 'buyer', 'seller', 'lessor' or 'lessee'. His primary interest is not 'making money off the next sale or client'. Instead, he has a genuine care for those he deals with.He has been in the game for a long time, so he also has the requisite experience.

As a previous tenant, I had many bad experiences.I remember requesting them to fix the shower due to a water leakage. They dismissed my request through their tenant app. Nothing else was said. Had to fix it myself.Another one (you're going to love this), was when they required me to clean the house before I moved out and there was on-going inspection. All the prospective buyers/tenants touring the house were all friendly, thanking me and was careful not to dirty the house. The agent on the other hand decided to go to the toilet upstairs, leave a bad one which made the whole 2nd floor stink, and left without saying a goodbye. I get it, when you gotta go, you gotta go but at least warn the person who has to clean after you. Not to mention he was rude hah :)Despite the negatives, I can say a few very good things though - the young receptionist is extremely nice and friendly, they notify you by email when they receive your rent payment, and their email communications are good (only when they require something from you).
