The showroom at E&S is very good and inviting. Staff are helpful. However I was not given a time-frame of when to expect the 4 appliances until after I paid the full amount ($6,500 in total). So I paid the full amount and was still left waiting about ETA. Almost 2 months have gone by, still waiting and I need the appliances for my new kitchen. Very frustrating and poor after sales clarification (they have the $ so don't care). Next time, I will view the appliances at E&S but take my purchase elsewhere.

I was assisted by Carl Groves this morning when I ordered my new dishwasher. Carl was helpful and willing to answer the many questions I had, he also provided me with information about additional models that were available that would also meet my needs. Thanks Carl, you were the best. Lindy

E&S trading have to have one the best customer service teams in the country. We had a an issue with a major appliance ( not their fault) and they sorted it out straight away. Liaised with the manufacturer and dealt with it immediately. Super impressed. Even the delivery driver Colin was incredible going above and beyond to help us move stuff out of the way to get the new appliance in. What a great culture. As a business owner myself I was blown away with the service.

Had organised for an electric oven to be delivered. Very huge thank you to Adam and Dave from Geelong for going above and beyond to deliver the cooker to my in-laws place in StLeonards instead of my place in Leopold. Thank you both so very much. Best delivery guys I’ve ever met.

We bought a new dryer and oven delivered today. We have purchased from E&S before. Once again we were impressed with their excellent customer service. Nick delivered and took old oven and all the packing. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Parking was easy on the day. Entering the business was easy too. They have more than one entry. As for the staff well, they were all relaxed and made the purchase easy and gave a good explanation of what would take place after the transaction was done. We talked to 4 different staff there and each person had personality and knew their jobs well. Felt like a good environment to work. There was even a little cinema kind of space for the kids to sit and watch a movie we noticed. The layout was easy to understand and navigate around. A nice experience.

Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I was wanting to kit out a full kitchen, and then the rest of the house for a new build, and the guys all just seemed too busy, barely stopping as they walked past, or looking up from their phones to provide luke warm assistance. Which was surprising given there were only 2 other customers in the store. And, the problem was that I wanted a decent cooker, but I guess no one wanted to really talk through anything. Left and went down the road in Geelong and got the service I was after straight away, someone approaching me on entry and then showing me the range, talking knowledgeably about what the stoves could achieve, availability and what to bear in mind. And as I left that store armed happily with info and brochures, the same other 2 customers from E and S arrived.

Had the best customer service and overall experience. Purchased both a fridge and washing machine from this store. Communication was excellent and if I had a question they'd always answer the phone or reply to an email quickly. Alarna was great to deal with, gave me a price I was happy with and was a breeze to sort out everything with. Delivery was on time and pain-free. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if somewhere else had a better price I'd always go into E&S to price match because they are the best to deal with hands down.

We recently purchased a Fisher & Paykel quad door fridge and I must say the whole experience was great.We had a very patient and informative sales rep who took all our questions and dealt with our numerous ‘change of mind’ decisions with never a moment of us being too difficult. Thank you for your direction and assisting us choosing the right product for us. We sincerely thank you for your outstanding customer service and we will recommend this store to everyone given your service.Now to the delivery- Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You were so professional and your ‘chatty’ nature felt like we’re were catching up with some old friends.When letting people into your home in can be difficult but you made it so easy. Nothing was too much trouble (even though we had to take the front door off!) and once the installation was done you provided some useful information to ensure the longevity of our appliance.Sum up of our experience was amazing. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but you are truly amazing. We will be back for sure.

The purchase of a new fridge was made so easy. Even during lockdown, they delivered the new unit quickly and removed the old one free of charge! Highly recommended.
