Total Tools Coopers Plains

I came to the store to buy a new ratchet and found a Gearwrench ratchet for $78.60. I went to the counter and it came up at $96 something. I told the cashier what the ticket said, he took a photo, spoke with his senior staff, and without any discusion or argument, they honoured the marked price....OK, so this may not seem like a big deal, but I initially went to a competitor down the road and found a Milwaukee ratchet on the shelf marked at $65. When I went to the counter, it came up as $79 on the computer. I told the salesman what the ticket said and went to take a photo. When I returned with proof of the advertised price, he told me there had been a price rise and that the new price was applicable. He said if it was advertised at that price externally it would be honoured, but not if the price was marked lower on the shelf. I asked if that meant that you could then have items marked at any price on the shelf and it meant nothing, and he said that was right. I left the store somewhat upset.Thank you Total Tools for restoring my faith.

Huge open warehouse. Lots of choices. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Competitive prices. Even though they didn't have the specialist VW socket I needed, they took the time to search and recommend other companies.This is why I will be back. It's also about customer satisfaction, if we're happy, we'll be back!

All the staff were very knowledgeable which of course is to be expected .However they all had a genuine friendliness and layback approach which transferred across as been a very professional team.The store manager seemed exceptionally competent.I also almost immediately felt at ease as products were introduced to me.The layout of the store was quite impressive.I don't know why I haven't been to Total tools more frequently but I will definitely be checking out their specials more often.

Appalling customer service. Came here to ask for a simple price match, which meant a $12 reduction on a $350 item. Trivial you would think, but when I showed the girl at the checkout the Bunnings trade price (on their app), she had to check with the manager and his first comment with a doubtful stance was is that a photo?" Seriously for a 5% discount! Maybe use your inside voice next time before checking the facts if you have doubts. Went 5 minutes up the road and bought from Bunnings instead. At least there you don't get treated like a would be criminal asking for a price match. Just goes to show that insider Gold membership isn't worth squat. Won't be back to Total Tools again period."

First time I visited and i'm really impressed by the staff. Super friendly and helful. Chris was great and went above and beyond with my order and collection. I'll buy everything i need from this store from now on.

Went to a return a faulty item that had been used once. Was told that they could replace under warranty.Then they said the warranty is only covered for home use. I thought that didnt seem right so I questioned it and they backtracked. Was then told I would receive store credit. So I went ahead and purchased more products. When I came back to the counter I was told I would no longer receive the credit as the item was purchased at another store. Drove to the other store and they confirmed this isnt true

The staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer zip pay which the others don't. Great range and competitive pricing

Very bad experience! I brought a small tool at total tools Coopers Plains only two weeks ago. I tried to return it as without using yesterday. The shop manager refused to refund. He said returning must be in 7 day after porches. He only offered exchanging or shop credit to me. I chose shop credit. But I checked Total Tools website today, there is 30 days return policy for change of mind online.
