All the staff here seem very nice and supportive, which is nice to see.However,The food is bafflingly inferior to that served by GyG Hamilton in a thousand tiny ways that add up to a pretty depressing eating experience:- The tortillas aren't properly sealed and leak- The rice's texture is too hard and brittle- The sauce/spice is flat and one-dimensional, almost bitter. No unami.- The balance of ingredients is skewed badly with too much cheese and meat.-The distribution of guacamole is offensively slapdashI don't know what happened here. I would appreciate if it improved to be on the same par as Hamilton, but perhaps the poor location prevents this. Oh yeah and the ambience sucks as well. Lighting and decor are obnoxiously dark and dank. Layout feels like a cave-prison.On the other hand convenient for lunch while in the centre and won't make your body hate you.

Great tasting food. Was actually filled up from the meal. Wasn't greasy or oily, just great flavour. Great location, would definitely go back.

Service was fast and friendly, unfortunately the food was a little cold when we recieved it, and the nachos were a bit too plain. Quesadillas were on point tho

Always get generous portions and always good quality.Had a spicy enchilada from here the other day that was so hot I was sweating and almost passed out. 10/10 Would recommend.
