This was our first time staying at the hotel it was suggested to us by my sister who was also staying there, we attended a concert on the Adelaide Oval so it's convenience to the show was great, from the minute we arrived we were greeted and treated beautifully, we were be very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and how well it was set out, very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and yes two packet's of shortbread biscuits which is a must to have with a cuppa.Overall would we stay here again yes we certainly will thankyou again to Management and staff for your wonderful service.Guy, Rosemarie Skillens.

Virgin arranged for myself and my partner to stay here, at their expense, when our overnight flight was suddenly cancelled.First impressions were great. Front-of-house staff were lovely and welcoming. Reception closes at 8pm (and toilets/amenities locked).We were given a room facing the street-front, upstairs. No elevator, so we had to haul up 2 big suitcases. The room itself was a throwback to the 1980s. No bedside lighting, no basic cutlery/crockery, hallway lighting is akin to a hospital and flooded through the seemingly massive gaps in the door, disrupting our sleep. Pillows were complete rubbish, like thin camping mats, linen was lacking, TV didn't pick up most channels, and the place was noisy (not the motel's fault, but I could practically hear the neighbors' phone conversations late at night, and a bunch of bogans yelling/laughing/swearing out the front until midnight).2 stars for the lovely staff. The rooms were clean, as was the motel in general. Everything else was sub-par.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Reasonable rates for a stay in North Adelaide, free parking on site very convenient. The pool was a bit cold but good on a hot day, maybe a couple of day beds & an umbrella would be a nice addition. Room was fine, spacious bathroom & comfortable bed.
