Mark Clarkson deserves a bloody good review for the help I received. After countless attempts to deal with hopeless and unreliable spa repair company’s, I was given Mark’s phone number, (Mr Spa). He called me back 5 minutes after I left a message! In 15 minutes over the phone, he helped me to diagnose the problem and then shipped me the parts the same day from Melbourne. I received them 3 days later and Mark even helped me with advice to install the parts and fix my own spa. Not just that, he took my calls on the Saturday and he explained and helped me with some foundational knowledge of chemicals and general maintenance. His number is saved on my phone, and I won’t call anyone else. Thank you, Mark.

Mark is the best in the industry in my opinion. Brilliant with service, advice and reasonably priced for consumables - filters, Clear-ray, heaters. Very responsive and a great communicator.
