Had money taken from my credit card from some entity in China after using it here. Not saying there is a connection, but I've never had that happen and that was the only transaction which was out of my normal use. Would be interesting to see if anyone else has had this happen?Otherwise, the service and product was very poor anyway.

They are a bunch of thieves and rude guys. Went there to get passport photos and then find out from Auspost that the photos are no good as they are to big. Spoke to the thieves and there reply was what are you talking about as they are the correct size. I will never go back to those two thieves and I will make sure I will not recommend them to anyone .

Pretty disappointing experience. One of the self serve photo service machines wasn't working and either way, it didnt have the cables we needed as bluetooth wouldnt connect

Total rip-off. Went to get passport photos of my kid and asked to pay double the fee for soft copies. Photo quality also not good. Would go back to Auspost.

Paid basically $90 for x10 standard photos to printed!I dropped of x13cds to print. They told me they would check the CD,s first. When returning, they told me there were 1500 photos on them and it was going to cost $280 to print them all. I didn’t have the money to pay for photos that I hadn’t seen, so they dropped the price to $180 for USB. I still couldn’t afford that so they said if I didn’t buy, I would have to pay $5 for each CD they checked!!!!!!I feel totally taken advantage of. Definitely never coming back. They should have explained the financial side before I left them there the first time!

Overpriced for film processing - best to go to Hillvale

Don’t go here if you need to print photos from your phone. They rip you off if you have an iPhone and need to airdrop them photos to get printed. Might as well go to Kmart or Big W to get it done since their computers aren’t stuck in 2009 and you won’t pay extra just because of the phone you use.

Been going to these guys for year's. They were over in Keilor Plaza 10 years ago and I've found them again in Airport west. Great service, always friendly, and always great photo's.

Never go to these thieves, my husband got ripped off for development of film prints, charged $27 for prints and $20 for download of prints to a USB he paid a total of $47 and they wanted payment upfront. When I went to pick up they asked for the USB, they didn't explain that I had to supply my own USB. I told them they were totally rip offs and one of the Asian worker there was rude and told me too bad and not to come back again. So in all I paid $57, down right robbery.Never again. Go to Kmart as I found out they will process for $12 and if you pay an extra $8 you get your images downloaded onto a USB that Kodak supplies. Beware of these thieves, they don't even deserve the 1 star rating but wouldn't allow me to give it the Zero they deserve!

Absolute thieves! Went to get a photo reprinted and the photo had a few creases on it and a tear on the side. The owner wanted to charge me $140 to photo shop the photo and to print it an extra $ 85, which equals to $ 225 to get 1 copy of the photo! I went to office works and they cropped the photo, printed 4 copies and I paid $ 11.90.
